Winners:
Zete- Usually known to be the washed up top tier kids, but they actually threw together a good PC this year.
Deke-Always a winner. Best PC this year
FIJI- There was actual competition for rushing FIJI this year. This years PC solidly makes them upper mid
Losers:
This year was unusually competitive & every frat dirty rushed the same kids so numbers are lower in every house
Phi Society: After 2 pretty solid years. Phi Society's hype is dying down. Their PC is awful and even included third years.
Beta: Coming off Beta's best recruiting year ever, they thought they were top and got burned. Their PC isn't awful but wont help them in the years to come.
Phi Psi: Another Frat that thought they were cracking into the big 3. Cut most of the kids they dirty rushed and threw together a pitiful PC because no one wanted to commit
Sig Chi: probably the best of the worst PC. Strictly recruited 2nd years
