We all know the top frats typically have the best rushes. No surprise there. So what frats had the best rushes relative to their ranking/tier? Which ones had the worst?

Elmo, sig chi, hall, sae, pika, zete all did well
dke, phi psi, chi phi, fiji, ka all underachieved compared to the past

-Dke had the best pc but zete also did well
