Hello I am a first year and was curious about the houses on the quad I really couldn't find much info about the Phi Society(SERP) Kappa Sig and Chi Phi ...
what are they about ?
They all appeared to be a weird group of guys

phi society is not serp. serp is weird, kappa sig and chi phi are middle upper tier

Phi Society is definitely not SERP. SERP stands for Sigma Phi Society. Confusing for 1st years, yes. The same, hard no.

SERP has also been kicked off grounds for three years so they shouldn’t be rushing and if they are trying to rush you stay away...

they actually won their appeal and have been allowed by the school to participate in rush this year
