updated ranks for 2018 with reasoning

Pretty debatable within rows but...

DDD/KKG
PBP/KAT
AP/DG/DZ
AXO/XO/ZTA
SSS/SK/ADP
KD/GPB
SDT

Reasoning for things people will debate me on:
- Pi Phi above Theta: Pi Phi is finally stable after years of falling, Theta had to give out a ton of snap bids
- APhi back down with DG and DZ: this PC is more on this level
- SSS and SK and ADP: all roughly on par with SK falling, SSS and ADP rising (solid PC's)
- KD with GPB: KD has been falling, attract very similar girls to GPB with many choosing between the two

Tri sig seems to have a very mixed group. Depending on who you see from their pc, I feel like it could go either way. Some good/hot ones and some awkward/less desirable. I think where they are on this list is decent

tbh I haven't seen tri sig's pc yet, but I have seen SK and ADPi's...nothing to brag about lol I'm sure they're all doing about the same. Very similar kinds of girls

Why is everyone so dead set on reporting an SK fall? They did well this year, if not rose. Agree with dropping DZ and would also maybe drop AdPi

Tri sig's pledge class puts them down with GPB. They are pretty homely. Certainly way below KD and ADPi imho.
