theta and pi phi doing informal rush?????

not at all surprised pi phi is doing informal, but theta??? aren't they supposed to be top tier?? like why and what happened.

The sororities listed on the informal are eligible, but aren't for sure doing it. Its based on the quota of the entire chapter, so these usually are the ones that just graduated a large 4th year class. So while Theta and Pi Phi are eligible, it doesn't mean they're doing it and has nothing to do with the status of the chapter.

Pi Phi is eligible but isnt doing public informal- probably just meeting with girls that they already know/ had in mind
