dke in/out of state

Would an out of state kid have a better chance at getting a bid at DKE because of its makeup mostly of kids not from Virginia?

DKE has a lot of kids from the northeast. But honestly, it has more to do with who you know rather than where you're from. Just because your from out of state, doesn't necessarily give you a better chance of getting an bid from them
