rushing as a second year transfer

So, what are the odds of getting into a top / mid tier sorority as a second year transfer? I know a few girls in top sororities and a few in mid ones, but I know that's not enough. Is it better to rush as a second year transfer or a second year who dropped as a first year?

Don't be fake with your story. It's not terribly uncommon but it is tougher. Meet some of the guys in top frats in fall and you should be strait for spring rush.
