do members of ifc & pc collaborate with nphc?

I was wondering if any of the traditional fraternities and sororities ever work with other greek organizations outside of their realm, specifically fraternities and sororities within the NPHC ("The Divine Nine").

As of this past year, the IFC president and ISC have been doing more to include all councils in events like philanthropies. It was discussed a lot last year but mostly towards the end so it was hard to implement. This next year I predict to see more cooperation, maybe even with mixers and joint parties
