Sigma Nu was kicked off for hazing violations, but this year (2017) IFC presidents council was pitched to by members of Sigma Nu nationals who are looking to recharter. This will be a slow proess, and new brothers won't be living in the house until the current kicked off brothers graduate then they're doing extensive renovations to the house. They are going to be hosting informal rush from people on the "no-bid" list and the entire rush process will have oversight from nationals

Sigma Nu is strong nationally and was founded at VMI and HQ is in Lexington. But what does 'hosting informal rush from people on the "no-bid" list' mean?
