informal fraternity rush

Can someone list what fraternities do fall rush and if they are worth joining or bottom tier? I'm a potential transfer and wanted to know whether I should rush in the fall or spring.

rush in the spring. fall rush is for people that got dropped from rush but are still super keen on joining a fraternity immediately. every established house rushes in the spring, and the only ones that plan on doing fall rush next year are chi psi, ZBT, TDX, pi lam, etc.
