What sororities usually drop second years during formal rush?

it'd be safer to say which ones don't. even lower-mid ties like xo and axo drop second years, although xo took a couple last year and even dg ended up taking some, but that's not the norm. i would say adpi, gpb, sdt, tri-sig.

I would say that if any sorority really likes you, they won't drop you based on your year... but they will prefer girls who are first years and won't be graduating as soon as you will.

Every sorority is required to take a certain number of second years so while I'm sure some girls are dropped, every sorority must take some

No sorority is required to take any upperclassmen. A separate quota for upperclassmen doesn't mean any of them have to be given a bid; it just means they don't have to compete with freshmen, who are more desirable, for bids.

Most sororitys accept some 2 nd years. Nobody does third years unless they are transfers who are already initiated
