just googled them, they used to have the huge "lodge" with the swimming pool down rugby rd but left grounds in 08. now they're back apparently

People are often confused about Chi Psi due to its name. However, Chi psi is the name of Chi Phi's satellite house. So essentially they are the same fraternity.
