I have light brown hair with natural blonde highlights, but should I dye my hair totally blonde to have a better chance of getting into top tier sororities?

i know some beautiful brunette girls in theta and kappa. leave your hair the way it is, unless YOU want to go blonde.

If you are worried about getting into a sorority with your hair color then you have the complete wrong idea. This is sad to read. If you think a hair color will get you into a sorority then you didn't belong there in the first place.
