so what's the deal with thursday's and tilka? how do people get selected for them and who is in charge? somebody mentioned it to me and it seemed really interesting

Tilks get tapped from DKE, hall, pika, Elmo third year
Thursday's tapped from theta,tridelt, kappa, theta

Tilka is run by someone in the society, usually switches between frats

Same with thursdays
