is beta no longer dry?

I went to a party at beta this weekend, are they wet or do they just not care?

I do know that Sig Ep nationally voted for all their chapters to become dry and substance free houses. Don't know how well that will go here.

And many of the chapters are not likely the new policy. Already Sig Ep has closed 3 chapters this semester and 2 chapters are currently under investigation.
