incoming first year wondering about rankings

Hey y'all so I just wanted to clarify if how the sororities at UVA are ranked according to the reviews is accurate. This is what it is rn:
Pi Beta Phi
Tri Delta
Delta Zeta
Zeta Tau Alpha
Delta Gamma
Kappa Alpha Theta
Kappa Delta
Alpha Phi
Chi Omega
Alpha Delta Pi
Tri Sigma
Sigma Delta Tau
Sigma Kappa
Gamma Phi Beta
Zeta Phi Beta
Sigma Gamma Rho
Alpha Kappa Alpha

I agree with the above. The tops tend to stay stops bc of the difficulty of bids. No one really talks about theta/kappa since it is primarily connections. The difficulty of the bid reflects the rank you are seeing. However, just because a sorority is hard to get a "bid" to, does not mean it's immediately better than the others. Each one is different, and largely interchangable in my opinion.

So the tops are basically just top because of exclusivity? Not because they have more redeemable qualities than the others? That just seems silly to me... Would anyone be willing to give their opinion on what they think the rankings are based on like sisterhood, involvement, etc?
