Pika and KA definitey are not in those positions. Pika has significantly dropped the ball in the last two years and KA only throws two good parties which are only good because other fraternities help pay the alcohol bill, no one enjoys their company beyond those parties. Phi Psi and FIJI have taken their spots based on how much sororitys are obsessed with them. Hall is also no longer a top house. A top house doesn't get 11 kids out of rush.

other fraternities pay some only for the saint patricks day party, and thats because its bill is probably above $20,000
