zete even though they have fallen off in the past few years is coming back now, and girls in the top four sororities (kappa/theta/tri delt/pi phi) would rather go to zete rather than anyone below them. just because a phi and dg like you chi phi/phi psi/sigma chi, it doesnt make you "top tier" or "popular." Most girls would still rather go to sae or ka over you squids.

Sae literally just begs Tri Delt to hang out with them and relies on their national reputation to stay cool. Their pledge classes blow and girls don't like them. Pika is not relevant any more and should barely be above Fiji at this point. And phi psi potentially up. Other than that it's solid.
