Really have no clue why people keep saying "glad aphi, dg, and pi phi are the new top tier."

They aren't. Maybe aphi and piphi are in consideration, but dg has had two straight bad pcs, and tridelt got the best pledge class this year.

Also the girls in kappa are just classier, and prettier, which is why they are at the top. Theta has fallen a little

A Phi isn't a top house at all. Maybe Pi Phi, but definitely not A Phi.

Agreed, no idea why they are ranked that high and DG shouldn't be considered. Rankings based on personal opinion;

Tridelt/Pi phi
Kappa/Theta
Aphi
