I am an incoming freshman, I'm a white Hispanic and I was wondering if it's true that middle/top tier fraternities discriminate and don't give a bid rushees who aren't white?

Are you like white, European spanish? Or is this some Hispanic white BS when you are really mostly mestizo and your grand-dad, 20x removed, was carving hearts out of other natives 500 years ago? Just checking...
