Phi Society is completely bottom tier, the brothers are annoying.
The Hall isn't that bad, but Elmo took a ton of pledges this year that would've gone to DKE or the Hall.
Beta is a self-proclaimed top-tier this year because they tell everyone all of the girls love them. They don't call themselves "the gentlemen of Beta" anymore which is definitely a big improvement. But the brothers are a little too serious for the most part. Kappa Sig and KA are relatively unknown unless you roll with that crowd of more southern people.
Elmo is definitely top-tier but their pledge class is still a bit strange. It's a like different groups of friends that al got bids and decided to pledge together. They don't really hang out together as a pledge class and for the most part its the same small groups of friends from the beginning.
