We just got this frat at my university and the chapter here reached out to us to give advice. What tier is this chapter here? Just tryna confirm some facts

I mean, they're pretty bottom tier, but when you're just starting out any advice is good advice. Phi Sig is also pretty strong nationally, so you'll have other chapters contact you for sure.
