Kappa Delta - ΚΔ Sorority at University of Virginia - UVA 2.5 I wouldn't go so far as to say KD will be surpassed by CO, ACO, or SK; however, they're not "upper middle tier" by any stretch of the imagination. They are mid-mid tier.
