Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Virginia - UVA 4.0 I can't speak to how these girls treat their own sisters since I am not a member of APhi, but every single event I've attended that was sponsored by these ladies (mainly their philanthropies) has been wonderful. Unlike some other "top" sororities (that will go unnamed...) APhi girls do not look down on those who are not members of their house; they are extremely welcoming to Greeks and non-Greeks alike, and I think this speaks more than any old-fashioned tier ranking does.
