Alpha Delta Pi - ΑΔΠ Sorority at University of Virginia - UVA 5.0 Since when have snap bids been stigmatized? In the same way some sororities have to fill up their houses to maximum capacity (DZ, etc.), some sororities' nationals require them to be at the full capacity of total members year round... that means if the ISC sets the pledge class cap at 48, those sororities HAVE to have 48 new members, so if even one person "didn't get their top choice" and drops, that sorority has to snap bid someone. That doesn't make it a "bottom tier" sorority

Alpha Delta Pi - ΑΔΠ Sorority at University of Virginia - UVA 1.0 In reference to the Adpi below me: you are a bottom tier sorority here, just face it. HOWEVER, that does not make you a 'bad' sorority. Yes, the tier system is flawed and outdated but you have to extend several 'snap bids' each year because you can't fill your pledge classes. That speaks for itself. I'm not trying to hate on this chapter AT ALL. I'm just saying being bottom tier is ok.

The tier system is not even a little bit accurate. ADPi's certainly not the best of the best, but they're an attractive, fun, and sociable group who get along with each other and pull in better girls every year

Alpha Delta Pi - ΑΔΠ Sorority at University of Virginia - UVA 4.8 speaking as someone with a lot of friends in this sorority, they're fun, outgoing, and genuine. I've been to a few parties hosted by different sisters and they're always really enjoyable... just a great group all around. if I hadn't picked my own sorority, I'd be here.
