Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of Virginia - UVA 4.0 I've been to quite a few frat parties at UVa and Sigma Pi's have been some of the most fun. The house itself is nice, with spacious rooms for dancing and playing beer pong, and they have a great deck for when you just want to take a break. The guys are super chill, not douchey at all, and just generally fun people. The parties always get really packed too. There was at least one time I went where people were getting turned away because they were so packed.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of Virginia - UVA 1.4 These guys are on a sharp decline. The parties that they have had, have been pretty poor. Newest pledge class is pretty weird and have some odd characters besides.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of Virginia - UVA 1.6 They are below average on everything. I actually encountered one trying to get me to leave a party I was at to go to theirs that was failing... pretty embarrassing if you ask me.
