pledge classes are always very hit or miss. some are cool and the rest shoulda been cast down the ladder to fiji and the like. house is also literally falling apart. needs a major renovation

Best parties along with Chi Phi. These guys know how to have fun and i recommend going to any party they have. Nice guys that are pretty attractive. Not the frattiest of frats but you can't win them all.
