Good fraternity, good house, amazing second year PC, and every guy who is rushing is so hot. I am looking forward to seeing them rise heavily in rankings. Should easily be a top tier fraternity.

Not a bad group of guys, just not the best. Tight brotherhood. Don't seem to really care what other people think. Sucks they are in ZBT as satellite this year while house is undergoing renovation. Will be done next year i heard. Until then they got a compound and making the best of it. Not the most popular but still have a social life.

It's disgraceful that this Alpha Chapter has been allowed to fall from once a top fraternity to now an inconsequential excuse. This is their 150th anniversary and they have become just another below average outfit. Embarrassing for all the Pika chapters attending the convention this summer.
