Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Virginia - UVA 1.0 haha numbers dont make you the best, while they help (money), parties not so good (more ppl outside than on dancefloor). while they are nice, you can still "hangout" with someone from here...but we all know these rankings are for determining the fun from not so fun ragers
