Considered the top sorority here but...it's not cause they are the hottest, best personality, or the most fun. they are rich (well, their daddies are), so they can afford to look well put together, and spend the most $$$ on their events.

Probably seen as being second only to Theta, but, like Theta...it's not cause they are the hottest or the prettiest, or have the best personality, or are the most fun. Like Theta, they are probably among the richest (well, their daddies are) here at UVa, so they can afford to look well put together, and spend the most $$$ on their events.
