All of the "all 1's" ratings are BS. They actually have some nice looking girls and seem to be getting better. The girls I know from GPhi are definitely nice and not awkward. They seem to really try to support other groups' philanthropy projects, so some points there. They seem comfortable with their chapter, so give them a break on here.

Looks: They have a mix of girls. Because they aren't all Kappa-type blonds they get some grief, and they have some diversity not seen in other houses(nothing wrong with that at all-take a look around UVA). The ones I know are nice, very academic-focused. Not super social, but not anti-social either.
