Fantastic clean house - always have better drinks than most other frats and they are awesome nice guys that will treat you kindly and are great sociable people that you can talk to. The so-called top tier frats are those with brothers girls find the most attractive but they usually aren't the nicest or respectable people with the best intentions. You can count on DU brothers to be the good-looking guys that are nice, smart, and awesome people that girls will want to marry.
