how would you rate greek life at unm?
by: PNMIncoming freshman and would like honest answers. I get this site is a lot of sarcasm and self posting but I'm curious how members would rate the system for themselves and any issues with it.

Greek life is much more regulated than it used to be to the best of my understanding. I’ve only been a part of my sorority for a year, but I truly enjoy the company and friendships I’ve made with my sisters. You can easily encounter parties, especially ib the first couple of weeks of school and just generally all around. Sorry this is sort of a bad description, if you wanna get more specific about stuff just lemme know so I can try to explain it!

Highly regulated, a lot more rules than most universities have, but from what I can tell people make genuine friendships that last a lifetime. I would advise at least going through recruitment and giving it a chance.
Met some of my very best friends thanks to my sorority.
