They still are top tier but you just don't see them as much as you used to, like Phi Delt they are allowing other fraternities to beat them at their own stuff. I'm sure they'll pick it up.

Last year they were so good, arguably top. They had so many members which helped their image. They were better than ATO then slipped hard and fell to low top or upper middle. They do have good formals though from what I hear not many can say they have once a semester.

Let's be honest. They are top house this year. Due to a few exceptions, ATO and Phi Delt are both slacking. FIJI had good grades and won five star. Their advantage is their social abilities. Hopefully it doesn't just last a year.
