5 star chapter is nice, but it is probably a lot easier without a house. They have some cool guys but they also have a lot of dorks.

SAE is awesome, the guys at unm are killing it this year and will not be stopped. They have the best brotherhood on campus by far

Everyone needs to stop bashing on SAE! All of the SAE's that I have met are really nice and I trust. Obviously some people have had bad experiences in the past but they're really stepping their game up!

Definitely starting to step it up with your new recruits. Currently not very attractive, but your new recruits are helping to fix that. Nice overall though. Keep it up with recruitment and you guys could maybe become top tier.

Very intelligent and nice.....but that's about it. You guys need to get more talent if you want your chapter to really be top tier, in sports or on the stage or something. If you do that then maybe you can stand a chance against fiji or the sigs to get the cup. Even then, you'd have to get your head out of your books for a few minutes and actually practice, your greek sing was pretty bad and those guys have been practicing for weeks. It'll take you real talent and hardwork to win it next year.
