middle tier status

In most cases, middle tier sororities and fraternities are the "TOP" tier simply because they have found that sensitive balance between education and social conduct. They aren't into being a spectacle, but they are involved and social, they aren't the loudest, but they do have great parties and a good time, they aren't dramatic, but they are welcoming and friendly. They are not the squeaky wheel, but that well oiled and fine tuned group of brother and sisters that support, respect and appreciate each other!
