Theta Rush Selectivity
by: wonderingHow selective is the Theta rush? Love what I've seen on their socials, seems like a great group of guys, and the house looks awesome. I'll be rushing as a freshman this fall. Any advice?

Theta is decent solid mid tier house, unfortunately their house is owned by Pi Kappa Alpha and Pike is coming back in the fall and so this year will be Theta’s last year with that house. Fraternities without houses tend to do much worse off socially so I would recommend looking elsewhere, it would stink to join a Fraternity and only really be able to enjoy it freshman year and never have the opportunity to even live in the house.
