as a senior here are final thoughts on srats here
(not in any tiers; just going by streets):

kd-nice girls and great sisterhood. they are very accepting and have gotten better throughout the years. a few odd girls make them seem odd overall, which hurts them in recruitment. they have work to do but are not as bad as they seem. their house has been somewhat redone too (first floor specifically)

axo-these girls definitely have a look. they are known to have a cliquey sisterhood but individually the members are nice. a big positive is that they do a lot of good for their philanthropy and their house is unique.

phi sig-have majorly improved. they are a solid mix of girls. most are cool but again, they still have work to do. could argue that they are on par with kd/chio. sisterhood seems strong but they don't have a great philanthropy.

axid- girls are cute and have a sporty/edgy vibe. they are pretty low-key with philanthropy and involvement and are known as "crazy-d". overall not bad.

aphi-top tier for the wrong reasons. they are told to recruit based on girls' appearances. you can google this anywhere. some girls are nice, but not many. most will judge you to the core. they have a nice house but all rooms look the same. lacks diversity overall.

chio-known for being smart and well rounded. this chapter is a good mix of girls and keeps things pretty low-key. they do a lot for their philanthropy as well. sometimes their academic requirements deter pnms, as well as their smaller house (though it's not bad).
