Who else would live in them? Satellite houses are just off campus houses that brothers live in. SAE has the villa and TKE has the Lodge

yeah a lot of frats that dont have houses use satellites for parties and socials but really a satellite is just an un-lettered house. I think SAE is in the villa, TKE in the ski lodge, PMD and Phi Sig were on young drive for awhile, and ASig has like apartments that i'd count as satellites
