social life fraternity description/ranking no order

Beta/Theta - throw down pretty consistently, have fun socials and are able to stay out of trouble
SAE - haven’t been able to make use of their basement as much recently cus of trouble but are rocking with the villa satellite spot
AGR/lambda - solid parties, had a rep with a lot of rando freshman going before so sometimes weird vibes
TKE - have one of the dopest satellite spots on campus with the lodge but no house
Sig nu - mostly a good time, solid basement but sometimes inconsistent
Sig ep - had a great run but unfortunately losing their house
Kappa sig - will be taking over sig eps house, almost positive it is a dry house so will be interesting to see what they can do with it
ATO - getting a new house built in the next two years and looks very promising
PMD - very large usually let a lot of people in the fraternity but really no social presence in full
Sig chi - make use of the “crack shack” next to lambda but unaware if it is used fully for social purposes
Probably missing some but hope this helps

Dry or not i can promise with the brothers they currently have Kappa Sig won’t be great

Lambda is most likely regarded as better just had similar stuff to stay about them
