about accurate but could argue on TKE. they are self ranking hardos and don’t have a real house.

Dont get the hype w/ sae and beta. I see about 1-3 brothers when they throw parties and they legit dont interact with anyone. They really let it get to their heads that theyre in frats. Have had the best times at tke, lambda and theta.

If every frat was allowed to party (not in trouble) sae hands down throws the best house parties, they go out of their way to decorate the entire house which is super cool. Sig nu also throws pretty fun basement parties very consistently which Is why I like sig nu. Beta is pretty fun too but the brothers are a bit to preppy for me
