phi sig house?

Does anyone know what's happening to the phi sig house ( old theta) I thought they could move into it but I doesn't look like it

Pretty sure that is supposed to be done by the end of the semester! I heard that durham was withholding permits on them which kinda sucks, but it's supposed to be wicked nice and fully renovated so I'm sure they don't mind waiting a little longer for it. Plus they're all living on Young drive right now which i sick.
