Honestly as a freshman going through recruitment I wasn’t totally sold on Alpha Phi, but joining the rival sorority let me see how genuine the aphi sisterhood is compared to mine. Pretty & nice girls.

the girls in this sorority all look the same...short skinny and blonde. they create beauty standards for their members and have a past history for racial slurs being posted by their members. i have only met a few nice girls from aphi, the rest are just kind of snobby and think they're above everyone. they have a nice house though.

Honestly this sorority has become a joke. This years class is sketchy, and weird. Like super awkward. not to mention you guys dirty rushed. It’s honestly funny af that you guys claim aphi

Considered top tier for all the wrong reasons. Tried to dirty rush this year by dming hot freshman to join after recruitment (so obvi didn’t make their numbers). This chapters been going down hill for a while, and dming hot girls that didn’t go through recruitment shows it’s hot rock bottom.

how did you find out they dmed hot people who didn’t go through? i know they dirty rush and their numbers are low. but how do you know they were dming?

NOBODY made their numbers this year. 300 girls went through when chapters allow like 70 new members so 7 chapters and 300 girls you do the math

around 215 bids were given out. divide that by 6 and it's between 35-40 a chapter. no way phi hit that number.

The sororities started posting their new membs on stories- Phi introduced 34, AXO introduced 35 and KD Posted on FB that they had Welcomed 37 members. So yeah they are probably all under 40 and nobody “hit their numbers” which means chapters will COB (continuous open bid) this semester and possibly do a spring recruitment next semester.

Like someone already mentioned, a lot of sororities are doing COB in which is their attempt to find anyone else that wants a continuous bid. ITS NORMAL especially during a pandemic. I’m not a fan of Aphi but i seriously don’t think they should be shamed for playing it dirty. We all know they have a look that they want to keep (which has been a continuous problem) but I will say they aren’t dirty bidding, it’s called COB feel free to look it up.

Not only did I feel welcomed during recruitment but once I joined I found such an amazing support group and my best friends. The phi house is the nicest one out of all the sororities on campus ( in my opinion) which is a plus and there are so many ways to get involved within the community from joining phi. 11/10 recommend alpha phi at unh
