The list parties are unfortunate, but there have been so many incidents caused by people that are random guests breaking windows and ruining properties of students and brothers of all the fraternities so it has become necessary. Tell your friends to stop ruining peoples homes.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of New Hampshire - UNH 3.2 Have had some socials and parties with them. They were nice, had some pretty attractive brothers, and had a ton of space. The music is nothing compared to Lambda's but my friends and I still have a lot of fun. Solid middle tier frat.
