Honestly always heard bad things about these girls, but tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because I am not involved in Greek life. However, over the past year I have come in contact with a fair amount of these girls and probably 2 or 3 of them seemed nice. I am not trying to generalize because I have only met a fraction of the whole chapter but the majority of girls I have encountered are genuinely some of the most cruel people I’ve ever met. They are over sensitive about people criticizing their sorority because they know they have a bad reputation and will not hesitate to tear you to shreds in order to defend themselves (which is actually pretty contradicting if they’re trying to prove they’re nice). Like I said have no affiliation with Greek life however I just felt like I wanted to say this.

Reject frat. cool house but thats all they have going for them. basically just keep to themselves and throw sweaty parties on wednesday because if they throw on a friday people would just go to better frats. sad but true. there is a ton of bros but for some reason nobody wears letters around. they aren't even proud to be in their own frat???

These guys get a lot hate because they aren't the typical frat jerks... Smallest frat on campus but i've never seen a group of people so close. They lost their house in 2016 but I've heard rumors they will have a house in Fall 2020! If these guys actually end up getting a house, then they easily will triple their members and become a top tier frat in the next year. Slept on frat!

Honestly one of the nicest group of guys that I've met at UNH. They are small and definitely not the average fraternity. Meeting most of these fellas, I know that most of them would have never joined fraternities, but together they make a great impact and positively redefine the typical notion of a "frat." I always have a fun time with them no matter what we’re doing and I'm so glad to be in their circle. I would definitely not disregard considering joining this chapter. So many haters on this website that are literally ranking a group and organization that they do not know much about. I see no reason to disregard PMD because they fly under the radar. This is the only chapter that I would want my brother to join.

I wouldn't rank them extremely low. They have a good sister hood and I see them around campus frequently. But their grade requirements and library hours stress girls out to the max. To the point where its not even helpful and they sit in the library on their phones to get their hours in. Also the amount of self ranking on this page is insane. Wasn't gonna say anything but it's super obvious.

This sorority has changed a lot along the years but one thing that hasn't changed it their passion for what they do. These girls don't mess around when it comes to what they believe in and this has a habit of scaring people from recruitment. But that what unites the ladies. They bond over what they love not because of the letters on their chest.

Ok this is not even meant to be rude but like what does phi sig do? I just am still not clear on the “phi sig foundation” and I don’t ever see them putting on events social or non social.. I just wanna know bro

This chapter is filled with dedicated, intelligent, fun, and unique women. They are huge advocates for agriculture, as that is part of their core, but they do amazing service and professional work as well. They have grown so much recently and working very hard to get themselves more known and involved on campus. They are open, accepting, and anyone who is a passionate, hardworking person could find a home with them. Being an ag org, lots of the girls are in colsa but that is not exclusive or a requirement, contrary to what some have said on here. Each girl excels at what she does and will be successful with the support of all of her sisters. They are truly inspiring and deserve all the recognition.

Looking from the outside, like most sororities, it would seem very fake and not genuine. I have met some of the nicest, most sincere girls in alpha phi. As a woman from UNH in a sorority, I am truly sorry to girls who want to go through recruitment who see the comments made on every sorority. Unfortunately there is no way to stop the rumors or negative comments on greek life, but I do know that as someone on the inside who used to be on the outside, it is nothing like what people say. It is so fun and although there are issues between girls, that happens whether you are in a sorority or not. It saddens me that people come on here to bash people who genuinely care about their sisters and have met their best friends through the Panhellenic community. I can assure you that every sororities social media makes them look better or prettier than they are, who doesn't? Social media is a way to show the world the best version of yourself and there is no accurate way to judge people based off of social media. Although these girls take pride in how they look, I can tell you they also do not care 100% of the time how they look and will wear sweatpants and a sweatshirt a lot of the time. Would you see someone on your instagram feed wearing no makeup messy hair and pajamas? In most cases, no. People on social media show the best version of themselves and I know that it is intimidating to look at, but they are not put together all the time, just like any other girl. There is no way to stop the negativeness on this website, however I am here to say that most of these comments are so far from the truth and this website is only used to bash on sororities and fraternities. If you are looking to go through recruitment, I would suggest you don't look at the comments so you can have your own opinion without being influenced by other people.
