I’ve been going to Kappa Sig for 3 years now and this is the worst pledge class I’ve seen. I don’t see a bright future for the fraternity.

You could refer to this group of men as dumpster divers. They smell like sewage and most likely have greasy hair. Would not recommend their basement as I've seen many dead bugs. You could easily get an infection if you decide to use their vile bathrooms. This house should be condemned by DCF because of the unstable living conditions.
