Theta Chi is a new and upcoming fraternity here, being chartered only a few years ago. The fact that it is such a new fraternity and already has involved itself so much shows that there is much more to come from them in the future. Also, as they have the largest house on campus putting them up there for their parties. Theta Chi is very smart and proactive when throwing parties.
