So what is the net effect of the university’s policies on Greek life. IMHO there has been no effect other than to smother the IFC houses into more of a disadvantage with rush, parties, etc.

Nothing... thoses labels don’t exist... Sig ep and SAE still get all the kitty and all the rest are losers sitting on there thumbs in the freshmen dorms.
