What has phi delt done in the past 10 years? Where is their philanthropy? Where are their socials? ΘΧ, KA, KΣ have literally become some of the most successful fraternities on campus and they all got chartered less than 5 years ago. Phi Delt has been around MUCH longer and still HAS TO shotgun bid for guys beg new members to come out. Doesn’t that say something?
