Don't they already have another house on evans?

Delta Gamma owns the house across from PiPhi and Theta; however, it was condemned by the City as non liveable and there had been previous plans for them to purchase the apartment next to that house to ultimately build a new chapter house. Was just wondering if there were any new plans or status since DG will no longer be renting the PiPhi house as of Fall 2018.

Yeah they have another one but its condemned. until they get a chapter house, they're taking the panhellenic house

Yeah I know that, but they have another house also on the east side of campus on Evans.

PiPhi will be back on the row. DG needs to build their new house...get on it!
